Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a Sales Support Associate to generate bids, price projects, and support sales operations for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and clients to ensure accurate pricing and documentation. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and SAP/SharePoint familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP for material/resource planning and production control.
• Residential construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Pricing: Generate bids using cost sheets and market strategies; create quotes for models and non-standard options.
• Cost/margin analysis for product categories and prepare collateral per builder specs.
• Program & Product Management: Maintain client programs for Flooring, Countertops, Window Coverings, Wall Tile; manage inventories.
• Systems & Documentation: Create kickoff docs, SOPs, floor plans in SAP; maintain support documents.
• Collaboration & Training: Build relationships with Account Managers; assist peers; mentor new staff.
• Training & SME: Develop and deliver SOPs and training programs; support process improvements.
