Job summary

HP is seeking a Business Planning Manager for Personal Systems to lead end-to-end planning across the Personal Systems portfolio, aligning demand, supply and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.

In the first 6–12 months you will stabilize end-to-end planning, improve backlog management and on-time delivery, and strengthen cross-functional alignment with supply chain, finance and operations to maximize inventory health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles.
• Experience working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments.
