Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is seeking a Planning and Analysis Director to lead a team in delivering reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses for management. You will partner with the CFO and GM to drive cost-saving initiatives and robust budgeting processes while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with internal controls.

The role focuses on building predictive models, analyzing P&L variances, and delivering actionable insights to improve financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, P&A, or Marketing in a gaming environment required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong mathematical, statistical, and financial analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, financial/accounting software, budgeting software, Excel and MS Office; payroll/slot systems a plus.
• Professional appearance standards and Arkansas Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of P&A professionals in producing reports, analytics and forecasts.
• Review operations for cost-savings opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify data sources and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts and actuals vs budget analyses.
• Develop predictive forecast models across multiple departments.
• Produce market performance and gaming revenue projections and analyses.
• Lead annual budgets with CFO, GM, and Asset Manager involvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal controls and OSH standards.
