Job summary

CLM Midwest is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator – Planned Maintenance to schedule, coordinate, and dispatch technicians for preventive maintenance services in the greater NW Chicago region. The role ensures timely completion of work, keeps customers informed, and provides technicians with information, materials, and support to perform efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, facilities maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or service industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/service management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling planned maintenance visits and optimizing technician routes.
• Coordinate work orders based on technician skills, availability, and location.
• Communicate with customers about appointments and schedule changes.
• Provide real-time support for scheduling conflicts and logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation in dispatch software and CRM systems.
