Job summary

University of California, Irvine (UCI) is seeking a Planned Giving Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support, project management, and operational coordination for the Planned Giving Team. You will work with donors, prospects, trustees, and campus stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and timely gift administration.

The role focuses on records management, event coordination, and research to support strategic fundraising initiatives, reporting, and documentation of donor intent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience in independently planning all aspects of special events.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion in communications with colleagues and constituents.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Office management and project coordination for the Executive Director of Planned Giving.
• Donor stewardship and prospect management.
• Prepare marketing and other promotional materials and develop reports.
• Maintain records and conduct research/analysis for the Planned Giving team.
• Coordinate estate distributions and communications with trustees, executors, attorneys, and family members.
