Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is actively seeking a strategic Physician Recruitment Consultant to lead full-cycle physician recruitment and build lasting relationships with physician leaders, operational leaders, and candidates. You will manage searches from sourcing to onboarding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, provide market insights, and help develop long-term talent pipelines with residency and fellowship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of professional recruiting experience.
• Valid Iowa driver's license and ability to transport candidates throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and growth goals.
• Build and maintain physician talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationships.
• Screen, evaluate, and present qualified physician candidates to hiring leaders.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, site visits, and onboarding.
