Kettering Health is seeking a relationship-driven Physician Recruiter to support physician recruitment across our growing health system in Ohio. This role partners closely with physician leaders, operational leadership, graduate medical education programs, and executive stakeholders to recruit top clinical talent across a variety of specialties and practice settings.

Our recruiters operate with a high level of autonomy while working within a collaborative, team-first culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience in recruitment, healthcare operations, marketing, business development, physician liaison work, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to travel periodically for conferences, networking events, and candidate activities.
• Attendance at the national physician recruitment conference is expected.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance if using a personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with practices, service line leadership, and operations to support physician recruitment initiatives.
• Develop recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines via sourcing, networking, conferences, referrals, and residency/fellowship outreach.
• Manage assigned searches with ownership and autonomy.
• Screen, evaluate, and present qualified physician candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, travel, site visits, itineraries, meals, and community tours.
• Deliver a concierge-level candidate experience showcasing Kettering Health and the local community.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, physician leaders, residency programs, and stakeholders.
• Track recruitment activity within ATS/CRM systems and databases.
• Participate in recruitment conferences, service line meetings, and resident/fellow activities.
• Support innovative sourcing and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to support department initiatives and maintain a team culture.
• Demonstrate professionalism and alignment with Kettering Health values.
