Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, North Carolina seeks a Physician Liaison (Marketing) to strengthen relationships with referring providers and affiliated programs, promoting Duke as the preferred care provider. You will work with service lines and marketing teams to implement outreach strategies, analyze market data, and drive referral growth across the region.

You will report to the Director of Physician Outreach within the Marketing Communications Department and collaborate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract negotiation strategies and healthcare contracting terms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as representative of Duke Health to community providers in assigned regions.
• Translate business opportunities into sales strategies with service lines and marketing colleagues.
• Use data to analyze market and inform outreach strategies.
• Identify new referral sources and engage providers to increase referrals.
• Coordinate with DUHS faculty to share program information with referring providers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge on referral guidelines and treatment options.
• Document activities and generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence from the referral community.
• Encourage enrollment in Duke MedLink to streamline referrals.
• Identify and resolve access and referral issues to improve patient care.
