Job summary

Clarify Health, a leader in enterprise analytics, seeks a Senior Physician Liaison to drive provider engagement and capabilities. This player/coach role combines frontline field work with coaching customer liaisons to deliver data-driven value through change management and insights.

You will manage a territory, train teams, and translate complex data into actionable narratives for clinical and administrative audiences, using Clarify’s platform and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with direct provider-facing work.
• Proven coaching or training experience; management is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with physicians and staff.
• Experience interpreting healthcare utilization data and quality metrics; proficient with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with providers (physicians, practice admin, staff).
• Conduct regular virtual and in-person interactions to review performance and develop improvement plans.
• Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach.
• Serve as primary contact and advocate for providers internally.
