Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (HR, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting)
• Master's degree preferred
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in physician compensation, healthcare contracting, or related admin
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience
• Experience with physician compensation plan design and provider contract administration

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and administration of physician compensation programs.
• Oversee review, negotiation support, and administration of physician employment agreements and related provisions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure timely contract execution and governance.
• Establish governance processes for compensation review and approval workflows.
• Direct bi-weekly compliance discussions to ensure regulatory alignment with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and IRS requirements.
• Develop budgets, forecasting methods, and executive-level reporting on physician compensation and productivity.
