Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPC certification is required.
• Experience in RCM and physician coding preferred.
• Knowledge of Athena or similar EMR/Billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and coding/RCM for multi-specialty clinics and hospitalist programs.
• Train clinic staff and physicians in billing guidelines and coding rules.
• Provide daily assistance and problem solving for seven clinics.
• RCM management with weekly review of all areas; handle claim corrections and resubmission.
