Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; public speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition tasks for the Division of Philanthropy, including interviews for entry to mid-level roles.
  • Engage leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Serve as liaison to central HR for new hires, coordinating references and assessments.
  • Develop talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking.
  • Oversee onboarding of interns and co-ops, including budget planning and documentation.
