Job summary

UC Law San Francisco's Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement seeks an Associate Director of Philanthropy to lead a portfolio of 150 alumni donors and prospects. You will manage the full development cycle, from identification to five- to seven-figure solicitations, and collaborate with senior leaders to advance strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontline fundraising, donor engagement, and relationship management toward five- to seven-figure investments.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders across campus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally for donor meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 alumni donors and prospects.
• Navigate full development cycle from identification to five- to seven-figure solicitations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy and senior leaders to maintain a viable portfolio.
• Deploy tailored, relationship-driven strategies to deepen philanthropy.
• Travel to meet donors and document communications in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
