Queen of Peace Center in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Donor Engagement Manager to lead philanthropic planning, donor relationship management, and fundraising campaigns. The role partners with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and reports to the CPO, with travel for donor visits and internal meetings.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with two open positions. The DEM will drive annual goals across seven metrics, manage campaigns, and cultivate donor relationships with a focus on growth,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in direct fundraising, sales, prospect management, or a position specific to managing donors or clients.
• Success in building, cultivating, and maintaining donor or customer relationships.
• Demonstrable experience in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Basic understanding of planned giving and legacy gifts.
• The ability to write and communicate effectively.
• CRM technology experience.
• Experience working across department lines effectively.
• Drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Front-line fundraising activity to generate income and meet ministry objectives.
• Conduct face-to-face donor visits, events, campaigns and other fundraising efforts to manage objectives.
• Interact with the QOPC ministry board, philanthropy committee, ministry leadership team and CPO.
• Work with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to develop annual philanthropy plan and targets.
