Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead procurement and inventory management for pharmaceuticals across locations. The role focuses on building efficient processes, ensuring DSCSA compliance, and supporting site fulfillment teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Business, Finance or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in healthcare purchasing and prior supervisory experience. Strong data analysis and Excel skills are required; CPR+ or similar systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare purchasing experience.
• Experience supervising 2-4 staff with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products and manage inventory across locations.
• Lead and develop purchasing team; ensure timely orders and contract adherence.
• Develop, document and standardize procedures to improve efficiency and reduce patient delays.
