The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare purchasing, a business or supply chain degree, and strong data analytics, Excel, and leadership skills to drive efficient operations and patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
MBA or other advanced business degree desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products for all locations and manage inventory according to contractual obligations.
Lead and develop the purchasing and inventory team to meet performance targets.
Document processes and drive continuous improvement to reduce patient delays.
Support DSCSA compliance rollout and audits with cross‑functional teams.
Partner with departments for audit requests and onboarding new staff.
