Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead procurement and inventory for our specialty products. The role oversees purchasing teams, develops processes, and ensures timely availability of medications for patients and providers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare purchasing, with a Bachelor's in a related field and leadership experience. MBA is a plus; experience with DSCSA and inventory management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Desired: MBA or other Advanced Business Degree
• Required: 5+ years of pharmaceutical (or healthcare) purchasing experience
• Desired: Leadership/supervisory experience with high volume POs and JIT inventory methodology

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products for all locations.
• Manage ordering and inventory levels per contracts and methodologies.
• Develop and document purchasing processes and tools.
• Standardize procedures to minimize patient delays.
• Support DSCSA compliance rollout and monitoring.
• Coordinate with departments during audits (accounting, accreditation).
• Support onboarding, training and performance feedback for new team members.
• Back up for director; assist site fulfillment teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
