Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead procurement and inventory management for pharmaceuticals across locations. The role emphasizes team leadership, data-driven decisions, and ensuring efficient processes to minimize patient delays.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years in healthcare purchasing, with supervisory experience in high-volume environments. Remote options may be available and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical purchasing experience.
• Leadership/supervisory experience with high-volume POs and JIT inventories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products for all locations.
• Manage ordering process and inventory levels per contracts and methodologies.
• Lead and develop purchasing team to improve performance.
• Standardize procedures and tools to reduce patient delays.
• Support DSCSA compliance rollout and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments during audits.
