Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a pharmacy leader to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the Minnesota healthcare system. You will lead program development, coordinate activities, and partner with executive leadership to advance pharmacy services with a focus on safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires a PharmD or higher, 2–5 years of pharmacist experience and health-system leadership experience in hospital and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of pharmacist experience.
• 2–5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience for hospital and retail/outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Develops current and new pharmacy programs and services.
• Develops and executes strategic planning and business development for programs and services.
• Provides oversight for the implementation of new and existing programs and services.
• Coordinates pharmacy activities across the system.
• Partners with leadership to plan, implement and manage operational and clinical initiatives and tactical plans.
