Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, logistics)
• 3–6 years experience in RFx, sourcing, negotiating and contracting
• Master's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers with strategies and assessments for assigned spend categories
• Develop sourcing plans to meet cost savings targets using contracting, bidding, value analysis
• Aggregate and analyze usage across OhioHealth enterprise
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven sourcing initiatives with market analysis and negotiations
• Advocate competitive bidding policies and ensure best value while maintaining quality
• Ensure contracts are up-to-date and track savings with project trackers
