Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Senior Consultant, Pharmacy Procurement to identify cost and quality opportunities across mid-level categories and support system-wide sourcing for pharmacy operations. You will work with Category Management to operationalize supplier agreements while mitigating regulatory and safety risks.

The role requires 3–6 years in RFx, sourcing and contracting, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and strong data analysis, ERP, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of RFx, sourcing, contracting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and ERP system skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers with spend analyses and sourcing plans.
• Benchmark and negotiate to meet cost savings targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal clients to improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through data-driven sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure contract compliance and program alignment.
