Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager to improve clinical service delivery and patient outcomes. The role includes leading immunization programs, MTM, and strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD with state licensure.
APhA Immunization Delivery Certificate program.
FPGEC certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Process and accurately dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations.
Counsel customers on health care and prescription medication needs, including MTM.
Improve market pharmacy financial performance by ensuring cost-effective clinical service delivery and improving margins.
Develop and implement direct patient care strategies and clinical pharmacy programs.
Provide expertise and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
Clinical judgment and business understanding to develop and implement pharmacy programs.
Use pharmacy data to teach other pharmacists how to determine and offer clinical services
Capable of collaborating with Health & Wellness leadership and local health care providers.
Experience with training pharmacists on clinical services delivery and patient counseling.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in clinical pharmacy services.
