Walmart Pharmacy in Mount Olive, NC is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical service delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and support pharmacists in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD, or FPGEC certification.
• 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist.
• Pharmacist license in all states of the market.
• Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program.
• Have and maintain a State Immunization License if required by the state.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy OR doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD.) OR equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification program (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy). 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist. Pharmacist license (by job entry date) in all states of a market. Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program. Have and maintain a State Immunization License while employed in this position if required by the state. Have and maintain a CPR/AED Certification while employed in this position.
