You will partner with Producers to handle new and renewal business while maintaining carrier relationships and upholding the agency’s standards for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• 2–4 years of insurance account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and producers.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and contribute to meeting production goals.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of all transactions and paperwork for assigned accounts.
• Manage client meetings and document conversations with clients and carriers.
