Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Planning & Allocation Lead to drive bottom-up merchandise plans, forecasting and inventory optimization across categories. You will lead a team of Merchandise Planners and Allocation Analysts to ensure the right products reach the right clubs at the right time to maximize sales.

This Hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years relevant experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual bottom-up merchandise plans to meet sales, margin and inventory goals.
• Lead financial forecasting within categories using data-driven analytics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on inputs to forecast and align outputs.
• Lead end-to-end omni-channel inventory management and allocation processes.
• Coach and train a team of Merchandise Planners and Allocation Analysts.
