Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior product strategist-operator to join the Strategic Business Performance team. You will own metrics, lead high-stakes interventions, and translate strategic theses into operational reality across product, risk, and marketing.

You will synthesize signals for leadership and partner with Corporate Strategy and Product to close gaps between market forces and execution. Strong data analytics, SQL/Python, and fintech experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product/data analytics within product orgs or strategic business performance teams.
• Experience in Product Strategy or Product Management or GM-style roles with P&L or business outcomes.
• Deeply curious about business models and data, probing into signals, understanding trends and customer usage patterns to uncover novel insights
• A proven track record of directly driving business growth through analytical insights and execution
• Apply AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, know when and how to use the right AI tools to move faster without sacrificing rigor or quality

Responsibilities

• Own the metrics that matter for in-year performance and create a morning-read, high-signal view of the business.
• Lead surge projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk, driving measurable trajectory changes.
• Translate long-horizon corporate theses into in-year operational reality and decompose opportunities into workstreams.
• Synthesize for leadership, preparing CEO/COO-level materials translating signals into actionable diagnoses.
• Pressure-test assumptions with Corporate Strategy and Product to align external market forces with internal execution.
