Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV) seeks a Senior Performance and Metrics Analyst to design, monitor, and communicate performance indicators supporting DoD counterdrug and stabilization initiatives. You will provide data-driven insights across portfolios and advise government personnel on performance policies.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a master’s degree, and at least ten years of senior DoD experience. This is an on-site position in Washington, DC with core office hours.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• At least ten years of senior DoD or government-level experience at GS-15 level or equivalent.
• Strong ability to convey technical information clearly to DoD and USG personnel.
• Must sign an annual NDA to access PPBE data.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and communicate performance indicators to support organizational goals.
• Provide analyses of DoD CN/SP strategic plans and ROI opportunities.
• Advise government personnel on performance measurement policies and guidance.
• Align DoD/CN&SP objectives with CCMD, military services, and defense agencies.
• Deliver real-time, actionable insights to leadership for decision making.
