Job summary

The Texas A&M University System Offices is seeking a Data Scientist, Strategic Performance to develop and maintain key performance measures, scorecards, and dashboards supporting system-wide planning and reporting.

You will work with executive leadership to monitor progress toward strategic goals, coordinate data collection and reporting schedules, and deliver analyses that inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning and data analytics.
• Experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, benchmarking analyses, and presenting results to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish a system for measuring Key Performance Indicators across Strategic Plan pillars.
• Develop data submission schedules, performance measures, reporting calendars, and review cycles.
• Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports.
• Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities.
• Report to the Board and executive leadership regarding overall plan progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
