Job summary
Texas A&M University System Offices seeks a Data Scientist, Strategic Performance to provide advanced analysis and reporting to help system leadership monitor progress toward strategic goals. You will develop performance measures, dashboards, and scorecards to support planning and institutional evaluation.
The role requires leading complex analytics, communicating findings to senior leadership, and delivering reliable information for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, institutional research, business intelligence, data analytics, or related field.
- Experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, benchmarking analyses, and communicating results to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Establish a system for measuring Key Performance Indicators across pillars of the Strategic Plan.
- Develop and manage data submission schedules, performance measures, reporting calendars, and review cycles.
- Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports.
- Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities.
- Report to the Board and executive leadership regarding overall plan progress.
- Other duties as assigned.
