Texas A&M University System Offices seeks a Senior Data Scientist, Student Success to advance analytics across the System. You will develop measures, conduct advanced analyses, and translate findings for leadership across member institutions.

You will lead the Student Success Intelligence Platform, collaborate with institutional research, and deliver data-driven insights to inform planning, resource allocation, and policy decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of advanced quantitative analysis experience with student success analytics or related field.

Aufgaben

• Administrate the adoption and development of the Student Success Intelligence Platform.
• Conduct analyses across the student success lifecycle: admissions funnel, enrollment, retention and persistence, transfer pathways, graduation and post-graduation outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive set of student success measures and dashboards.
• Coordinate system-level analyses and reporting for state/federal student-success reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with institutional research and student success professionals across the System.
