Job summary

• Experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, benchmarking, and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPI measurement system across Strategic Plan pillars.
• Develop data submission schedules, performance measures, reporting calendars, and review cycles.
• Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports.
• Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities.
• Report progress to Board and executive leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
