Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-growing environments.
• Healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site network domestically and globally.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link HR strategy to outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to department and site leaders on organizational strategy and workforce planning.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead people initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, and retention.
• Drive change management and culture initiatives aligned with Iterative Health’s mission.
• Support HR integration during M&A and due diligence activities.
