Job summary
Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a skilled People Partner (HR Business Partner) to support its Children's Residential Services across Lincolnshire. You will work with leaders to deliver performance improvements, build resilient teams and drive workforce metrics including absence, turnover, and engagement.
You will partner with a dedicated HR Advisor and ER Specialist, shaping workforce planning, talent development and operational effectiveness while ensuring practical, compliant people practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner or People Partner.
- Strong ability to translate data into actions and outcomes.
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience reducing workforce KPIs such as absence and turnover.
- Experience building leadership capability and succession plans.
Responsibilities
- Drive workforce performance and service excellence in Lincolnshire.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and risks.
- Lead initiatives to reduce turnover, absence, and agency use.
- Develop workforce and succession plans for future growth.
- Coordinate HR, ER, Recruitment, L&D, Operations and Finance workstreams.
- Coach managers to improve capability and confidence.
- Ensure practices are compliant and aligned to operations.
