Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations, AI Compute Strategy in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own outcomes, drive strategic programs, and coordinate across product, engineering, and analytics to scale AI compute initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
Identify problems and issues across the organization and define/lead programs and processes to solve them.
Lead a team of individuals; set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals.
