Job summary

Tekion is seeking a People Business Partner in Pleasanton, CA for a full-time, in-office role. You will bridge business needs with People strategy, owning talent initiatives across client groups, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and culture.

You will navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, and lead strategic people programs while contributing to a fast-growing organization. This role requires 5 days/week in our Pleasanton office and a strong customer- and data-focused

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 4+ years as HRBP/People Business Partner in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong business fluency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build deep partnerships with business unit leaders and teams.
• Understand client goals and connect People initiatives to outcomes.
• Lead org design, succession, performance and leadership development.
• Navigate complex employee relations with sound judgment.
• Drive change initiatives and communicate with clarity.
• Contribute to People team programs and cross-COE collaboration.
• Execute People programs end-to-end with precision.
• Identify gaps and design People infrastructure where needed.
