Job summary

Tekion Corp in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to bridge business needs with People strategy. You will manage a portfolio of client groups, build trusted partnerships, and drive talent strategy, org design, and leadership development in a fast-growth environment.

You will operate in an evolving landscape, influence senior leaders, and champion continuous improvement within the People team. In-office presence is required at Tekion’s Pleasanton office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years HRBP or People Partner experience in fast-growth SaaS or tech.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders.
• Ability to connect People initiatives to business outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable managing a broad portfolio of priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted partnerships with business unit leaders and their teams.
• Develop understanding of client group goals and pressures to shape people strategies.
• Drive organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Navigate complex employee relations with sound judgment and empathy.
• Lead people-related transformation initiatives and communicate change clearly.
• Drive end-to-end execution of People programs with precision.
