Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Businesses or equivalent
• MBA or MS preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5+ years as a P&C Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
• Experience in a regulated environment (aerospace, defense, government contracting)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to design and execute talent acquisition, change management, org design, and process improvements
• Advise on org design, workforce planning, and talent optimization to support growth and program delivery
• Lead performance management processes with goal setting, reviews, and calibration
• Identify and support development and succession planning for critical roles
• Coach leaders on engagement, leadership effectiveness, and communication strategies
• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations in compliance with laws and policies
• Ensure compliance with regulations including ITAR and government contracting requirements
• Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and proactive planning
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring and compensation decisions
• Drive change management and cross-functional HR initiatives from planning through delivery
• Support HR systems (e.g., Workday) for data-driven decision making
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through
• Other duties as assigned
