Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
• Experience across HRBP or HR Generalist roles with exposure to HR Operations/HR Services.
• Strong business and analytical acumen with problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Proven track record coaching people managers and influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to managers on complex workforce matters and HR policy.
• Develop and implement upskilling strategies for new People Managers and counsel experienced ones.
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment to determine effective paths to resolution.
• Use diagnostics and data to identify proactive HR interventions aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure teams understand People processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global priorities with People Services teams.
• Roll out global programmes with global COEs to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain understanding of NJ employment legislation and market practices for compliance.
• Collaborate with peers to share ideas for improving employee experience.
• Lead or contribute to People-related projects as needed.
