Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a People Consultant for Summit West, NJ to partner with People Managers and HR leaders. You will drive workforce strategy, coach managers, and enhance the employee experience across local business priorities.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, ensure policy compliance, and lead or contribute to People-related projects while supporting global programs and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
• Experience as HRBP/HR Generalist with exposure to HR Operations/Services.
• Experience with employee relations is helpful but not primary accountability.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and driving improvements.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to managers on complex workforce matters and HR policy.
• Upskill new People Managers and coach experienced managers on HR processes.
• Use diagnostics and data to identify proactive HR interventions.
• Ensure understanding of People processes across workforce and leaders.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global priorities with People Services teams.
