Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in the construction management industry.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply base and sourcing practices in Construction/Real Estate a plus.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic sourcing for PDS/IFM projects across the US.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and PM teams to simplify processes.
• Use category intelligence and data analytics to set sourcing strategy.
• Advance supplier programs and manage RFP/bid, contracting processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk management and ethics.
• Coordinate with Legal/Risk to review contract terms.
• Set work priorities and resolve issues with operations teams.
• Support diversity programs and mentor suppliers.
• Participate in Preferred Supplier performance reviews.
• Support e-commerce procurement initiatives.
