Qualifications

• 3+ years of PDS / Construction sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Sourcing & Procurement functions across PDS and related vendor management.
• Provide objective recommendations and superior client service.
• Develop strategic vision for Sourcing and Procurement with best practices.
• Drive use of Synergy supplier program to deliver value to project teams and clients.
• Identify risks/opportunities and propose strategies to meet goals.
• Develop and lead complex short- and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier performance via scorecards and contracts.
• Own sourcing compliance and controls across PDS.
