Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Manager to lead PBM proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely, accurate responses that meet client objectives. You will format proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver compelling content.

The role emphasizes project management, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while expanding PBM knowledge and sales strategies. Bachelor's degree preferred, 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.
• Proposal/Project management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formatting proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Responding to RFP questions using a database of internal SME content.
• Organizing, attending, and leading strategy calls with stakeholders across the organization.
• Customizing and modifying responses for client-specific content.
• Creating timelines and ensuring RFP milestones are met.
• Preparing and reviewing final documents for client deadlines.
• Develop a breadth of PBM knowledge including sales strategies and offerings.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
