Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Manager to lead PBM proposal processes, format responses, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver competitive bids. The role focuses on accuracy, timely deliverables, and effective storytelling to win business.

You will develop PBM knowledge, respond to RFPs, manage timelines, and tailor client content while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using a database of internal Subject Matter Expert reviewed content.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Customize and modify responses to create client-specific content.
• Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review final documents and submit in accordance with client driven deadlines.
• Proactively take action on assigned projects.
• Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Develop PBM knowledge including sales strategies and company offerings.
• Apply knowledge to each proposal.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Be open to new and innovative strategies and processes.
• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
