Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Management professional to oversee PBM proposal processes, format responses, and coordinate across teams. You will manage timelines, customize client content, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

Requirements include 0-2 years' experience, strong MS Office skills, and demonstrated project management ability. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Medicare Part D knowledge is a plus. Full-time, 40 hours/week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.
• Proposal/Project management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D and industry terminology is helpful.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Qvidian and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using a database of internal content.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with stakeholders.
• Customize and modify responses for client-specific content.
• Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met.
• Prepare and review final documents and submit by deadlines.
• Proactively take action on assigned projects and manage multiple complex tasks.
