Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

• Knowledge of proposal development processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of PBM proposals process from formatting to final submission.
• Respond to RFP questions using internal SME content database.
• Lead strategy calls with stakeholders and customize responses for clients.
• Create timelines and ensure milestones are met by all involved.
• Review final documents and ensure timely delivery per client deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
