Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Strategic Proposal Manager to lead PBM proposal activities within the Strategic Proposal Management (SPM) organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, format responses and ensure timely delivery of client-focused proposals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using internal content database.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with stakeholders across the organization.
• Customize and modify responses to create client-specific content.
• Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met on time.
• Prepare and review final documents and submit by client deadlines.
