Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced process and operations leader to support Payroll systems initiatives and production excellence across the US and Canada. This role acts as a bridge between Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, HR Technology, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth production readiness and robust governance.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience developing, supporting, and scaling Payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView, eTime, Workforce Manager, with Workday HCM as a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations, or related systems-enabled functions.
• Experience creating requirements docs, SOPs, workflows, and governance artifacts.
• Experience coordinating payroll production issues and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll systems operational issues, impacts, and readiness activities.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and design operational solutions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional specs, SOPs, and user docs.
• Own documentation and knowledge repository for audit-ready controls.
• Coordinate RAID/logs, status reports, and implementation readiness.
• Drive process redesign and continuous improvement for efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate UAT, test scripts, signoffs, and evidence.
• Provide backup support during major implementations and releases.
