Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced and hands-on Payroll Systems Solutions & Process Excellence leader to bridge Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, and HR Technology for the US and Canada. You will own end-to-end process design, documentation governance, and testing coordination to drive production excellence.

You will lead requirements, SOPs, workflows, and training materials while coordinating UAT and issue remediation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree may substitute experience.
• 2–4 years in payroll systems development, support and scaling.
• 5+ years in business analysis, process improvement, operations or related roles.
• Experience documenting requirements, SOPs, workflows and governance.
• Experience coordinating UAT, test scripts, and change readiness.
• Experience with ADP platforms and Workday HCM; advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tooling and RPA concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary production lead for payroll systems issues, impacts and readiness.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, business cases and solution design.
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional specs, SOPs, process maps and training materials.
• Own payroll systems documentation and maintain a knowledge repository.
• Lead project coordination including RAID logs, status reporting, and implementation readiness.
• Triage payroll production issues and coordinate stakeholders for remediation.
• Lead continuous improvements to efficiency, controls and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate UAT, maintain test scripts and obtain business sign-offs.
• Provide backup support to leadership during major implementations and releases.
