Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly and other scheduled payroll cycles in a timely and accurate manner. The role requires reviewing timekeeping, deductions, and benefits data while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include processing hires and terminations, reconciling payroll data, and coordinating deductions for benefits and taxes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, Paychex, UKG, Ceridian, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly, semi-monthly, or other scheduled payroll cycles accurately and within deadlines.
• Review and validate timekeeping, attendance, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other payroll data.
• Maintain payroll records including tax elections, direct deposit, and benefits changes.
