Job summary

Porter Pipe & Supply in Addison, IL is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead our payroll operations across multiple states, oversee benefits programs, and ensure accurate, compliant processing.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now, coordinate with HR and Finance, and mentor payroll staff while maintaining data security and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a collaborative culture and opportunities to optimize processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including payroll management responsibilities.
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs and related compliance requirements.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll for multiple states.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and data integrity; reconcile accounts with Finance.
